For the past two years I've been building web apps end to end: the database, the API and the interface on top. My favourite work sits where design meets engineering, like getting a page to load in half the time or rewriting an error message so it actually helps.
I took the long way here. Before development I worked with people. Adults fighting addiction, teenagers on their way into crime and drugs, and for a while at a school. That work taught me more about communication than any course has, and it still shows in how I build things.
Away from the keyboard I game, spend time with the family, and slowly lose the fight against my Steam backlog.
